I'm trying to get my hair bright blond, is there any kind of bleaching kit that covers up {dyed} orange/red hair?
or just anything that will get my hair blond without stripping it first?!

Go to a professional before your hair falls out girl! It is sooo hard on your hair to go from dark to light!! Good luck

and how much it would cost.
and than ask them if you wanted to do it yourself
